Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process.
- Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about Kia vehicles, features, and benefits to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Sales Process: Present and negotiate pricing options, financing terms, and trade-in offers to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Product Updates: Stay up-to-date with Kia product knowledge, pricing, and dealership promotions.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to provide excellent service and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
- Previous sales experience preferred. Automotive experience not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
