Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about Kia vehicles, features, and benefits to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Sales Process: Present and negotiate pricing options, financing terms, and trade-in offers to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Product Updates: Stay up-to-date with Kia product knowledge, pricing, and dealership promotions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to provide excellent service and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
  • Previous sales experience preferred. Automotive experience not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
